(Formerly "Junior Cabin Leader" or "TTSS")

Are you under 18 and have completed the Evergreen R&R LTD 2 Program? If so, take the next leadership step and become an R&R Cabin Leader Support (CLS) member. You will assist senior cabin leadership on the front lines in the cabins and during camp activities, and get to provide leadership and spiritual guidance, with support, to our campers.

Submit your CLS application using the Charis Leader portal. Choose the Junior Staff Session option.

Senior
Cabin Leading
We are looking to build our core team of senior cabin leaders aged 18 and above, who have successfully completed high school. Our Senior leaders are all-stars who provide mentorship to campers and junior staff alike. They model excellence in thought, speech and action, and foster a safe culture for kids to experience Christ.
Senior Staff
If you are over the age of 18, and looking for a space to serve God and young people through a variety of senior leadership positions, we encourage you to apply through our staff link! Positions include but are not limited to worship leading, running sound and media, nursing, arts and crafts, programming, and much more. Even if you've never been to camp, it's never too late to join the staff team!
